I have had a membership with Best Buy for quite a few years now and I don’t know what I’d ever do without it! I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve had to call the Geek squad so that they could help me with problems I was having and they’re always so helpful! They’ve helped me hook up a couple of my printers over the years which I would never be able to do on my own, helped me when my computer was hacked, helped me with my iPads and iPhones when I couldn’t get them to sync, ran diagnostics on my computer whenever I had problems, cleared cache and cookies because I didn’t know how to do it but they walked me through it so I could do it myself if I wanted to and just so many more things that just make it so worthwhile in having a membership with them! I remember when they first asked me years ago if I wanted to sign up for the Best Buy yearly total Tech Benefits and I was like, No thank you, it’s too expensive, and then when I had problems and didn’t know what I was doing, I decided to try the membership and it’s the best thing ever did! I would definitely recommend the total tech membership with Best Buy!

This plan is a good idea to have for peace of mind. My husband has already taken his tablet up to the geek squad for some help after he puchased it.

I have not had to use the warranty part on my best total warranty yet, but I do love the early offers that Best Buy sends to their customers as being a Best Buy total customer

This is great especially if you're buying large appliances since it gives you free delivery and all of your purchases get 1 or 2 year dang near no questions asked warranty for exchange or money back.
