I have used the tech support 3 times already. I think it is a good value as it protects all your purchases from Best Buy. So far, I have not had much wait time for them to fix the issues I was having.

My Best Buy Total membership is good value for money. Highly competent. Takes care up to 6 devices whether purchased from Best Buy or anywhere else. 24/7 help line.

I like the fact that i have geek squad, but dont like the fact that it doesn't cover you if you lose or if someone steals your phone.

The membership is of great value, have not used the membership looking forward to it tho. The geek squad in Columbia Mo store are always a great resource even if you don’t have the membership.
