I only used to call Geek Squad twice. I very careful with my Macbook and ipad. So for me the couple hundred bucks did not give me a return pn my investment.

This membership is great value. I bought it for my new laptop just in case i have issues, however we also had to buy a fridge and i got free delivery and setup because i am a totaltech member.

The TotalTech support crew helped get the data from old computer synched to the One Drive cloud as storage thT hD never been set up previously. Took a few tries, but got er fone.

You have one of the best team of TECs in southern Cali. Alway going the extra mile to insure your happy with your product. They have helped me thru many issues and I've learned a lot from them.

The membership cost was a little less than having a contractor do the work plus it has some benefits attached that a contractor did not provide. So, it seems like the smart thing to buy.

good value as long as you use it and watch the dates. it's a bit confusing and sounds like it's amazing and it is but may not work for the thing you need it for. Service part is excellent.

Membership is a good buy but the third party support is mostly terrible.

Hope I dont have to use this but great safety net hopefully they will add more discounts and perks but i doubt it

The printer to be repaired worked only one day . However, the technician warned that an existing hp printer, that is now claimed obsolete, now prints.

This is amazing I didn’t like my laptop and wanted to change it for a PC and if I didn’t have them they wouldn’t have accepted it but it’s has opened me so many door for my purchases

The membership was great, I just didn't use it enough to re-new. I had my computer looked at and serviced and it turned out quite well.

This is the best purchased i have made. My husband and I are in out 70's so we have lots of questions and things we can't figure out. The Greek squad is so helpful and always so polite

The Geek Squad replaced a 750 watt power supply from my Cyber Power gaming computer and installed by the Geek Squad. What an improvement. I cannot hear anything running....extremely silent,.

This membership is very useful for a family especially when in that family people tend to break stuff
