Total Tech is worth the price because any problems get taken care of right away. I had in home tech and that meant a lot since it can be difficult to get to the store.

OH I can only say how amazing this totaltech plan is. I found it covers all my previously bought bestbuy tech I have and they are prompt and quick to resolve the issue at hand.

Great value for my money! I used the membership for my 2 big tv installation. Imagine if I’m not a member mounting my 2 pcs big screen would cost me a lot. Geek squad services is the best.

The GEEk Squad is fantastic! Especially the dept in the Fashion Center in Paramus NJ! They really go above and beyond to assist you in a courteous manner. They make you feel at home:-)

I've had TotalTech for a few years. I've used it multiple times both for inhouse services and having them come to install appliances for me. Always have been timely and very informative.

This is far and away the best service from best buy. All encompassing, double warranty, longer return policy. I buy a lot of stuff from BB so I QUICKLY get more than my $$$ worth

This membership is an excellent value. I am glad I finally decided to get it. You never know when you'll need tech support. The 24 month device protection plan was especially alluring.
