I purchased this for help setting up my new computer. They did transfer my data but I had to have someone else set it up for me. I will not be renewing

The value you get with this membership is unmatched.

This membership cost about $180 and earned a free TV installation that would otherwise have cost $250. If you're gonna get the installation, the membership is a no-brainer.
