I only purchased a membership because the Geek Squad person said it was less expensive than just paying for services on my computer. Well since they had my two laptops for two weeks and didn't do what I asked and i still had to leave one behind to see if the information could still be received. Now I have to make another trip over to pick it up. Gas, Time, and energy and I can't even call the store directly to see if they got it done right this time before I make an appointment and drive all that way :( .
