Well since they had my two laptops for two weeks and didn't do what I asked and i still had to leave one behind to see if the information could still be received. Now I have to make another trip over to pick it up. Gas, Time, and energy and I can't even call the store directly to see if they got it done right this time before I make an appointment and drive all that way :( .
