They talked me into the membership, which I wouldn't have purchased otherwise. Then, they gave my computer back to me three days later and told me it wouldn't turn on. I know that. It's why I brought it in. Then they told me I'd be better off buying a new computer, lol. Idk who the bigger clown is, them or me
