Hope I dont have to use this but great safety net hopefully they will add more discounts and perks but i doubt it

I purchased total tech care with the purchase of a new HP omen laptop a couple years after an asus laptop purchased at Best Buy had mother board failure. It looked good on paper so I decided to test it out with the new laptop, I wanted to transfer the 32gb of ram from old one to new one. I went in on Tuesday morning to see if they could do. At the counter they couldn’t help me with basic questions and told me i needed at appt. I can back that evening and dropped of computer. The next day I get notification my laptop is ready. I come back and they said I was mistaken until I show them the test message I received. They inform me it’s being worked on as we speak and will probably be done later today . At the end of day I go back to pickup laptop regardless and do it myself. When I get there yet another person informs me that the ticket was incorrectly created and closed and never worked on as I already assumed . I could have left it there but would have had to wait another 1-2 days when I already was out a laptop for 2 days. More over, a simple we are sorry for the mixup, or actually taking a customer at face value when i tried to explain what was going on, but each tech was throwing the other under the bus with no one person actually having the authority to fix or even make recommendations with one appt. Get the standard warranty and save the money you would pay to spend at any number of computer repair shops unless you have lots of free time

This membership saved me money on two major appliances along with haul away. It also extends the warranty. With all this I believe this is a very good value and well worth it!!

Very impressed with Totatech so far. We've had to utilize the warranty multiple times on our iRobot S9+. Each time our item was repaired or replaced at no additional cost to me

Used Total Tech a number of times for various issues. Was always pleased with the results. I did not renew membership but will reconsider.

Total tech is worth every penny. My ice machine that cost $500 and it gave out a year later. Whole time i had total tech and got my money back with out a hassle.
