I am greatful for the amazing geek squad support. The telephone option is very convenient and I usually do not need to seek in-store help. Your sales associates, as well as the geek squad understand the needs of individuals who came late to computer and cell phone age. Sometimes seniors age 75+ need extra guidance. The guidance is always delivered with kindness and patience.

I love the service and the deals available as a total member, however, I don’t get a chance to use them enough! They come across with so many deals and service capabilities, that I am not able to take advantage of it. I’d like to. Worth the money, however. Especially if you’re going to have a new TV mounted and wired.

Probably the best money I spent that day. Membership came with services of the Geek Squad tech support team, who handled the new computer setup, data transfer from my old machine, and Microsoft software load - and did an excellent job. They were friendly and helpful. One footnote: the store's phone system was terrible! Basically, I could communicate with the store by phone; I was repeatedly transferred to a corporate phone system. One of the Geek Squad left me a phone message to call him back; the store phone system would not put through my call!

It has honestly paid for itself time and time again. Got it when I got my monitors and soon after my computer (that I didn't buy from BestBuy) needed repairs and service. I was able to bring in the parts, they worked on it, and I got my computer back within a few days. Will always recommend BestBuy Total to my streaming friends.

The BB Total membership is a great service particularly if your buying a laptop. Within 16 days of ownership, they have done a data transfer & 3 software installs which means I MORE than recovered the cost of this service. Some of these software installs are not user friendly...they take the trepidation out of those actions.

Best Buy have great customer service/support. I recently purchased a laptop with the help of a knowledgeable sales person. A staff from different departments searched for a computer mouse and was successful finding it. Best Buy went above and beyond. I want to say Thank you to the staff that participated. Signed up for the My Best Buy Total membership thinking I’d maybe use it once or twice, turns out, I use it constantly. The free shipping, extended warranties, and tech support alone make it worth it. I’ve already saved more than the membership cost just on repairs and discounts. The protection plan coverage is great peace of mind for big purchases like TVs, laptops, and controllers (especially in a gaming house like mine). Plus, being able to get priority service and same-day delivery on some items is a huge bonus. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this membership basically pays for itself. Zero regrets.

If you buy things from BestBuy often, this membership is a great deal. Access to warranties and support for one annual payment is convenient. As someone who prefers to see things before buying them, rather than dealing with deliveries/returns, it is nice to be able to take things back to the store to get help or replacements.

I would say that the membership is definitely worth it if you are a student or on a budget with regard to your technology. My laptop has extreme sentimental value and it got water spilled on it at work, the folks at GeekSquad were able to save it and get it sent off for repairs. The membership was cheaper than my computer repairs would have been outright, so I went ahead and signed up, and I’ve been able to make great use of the benefits of having it ever since! My new headphones are now protected as well!

Best Buy is always my go-to store for electronics. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient when answering questions. The store is well organized, and it’s easy to find what you need. Checkout was smooth, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the product I purchased. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for reliable electronics and good customer service.

I didn't know this service existed. Took my laptop in for the Geek Squad to figure out why I had no sound. The service person explained the benefits of having the Service Membership, and it seemed a perfect fit for my needs. By the way. The person at the service desk was wonderful. She was very busy with customers, but kept her cool under pressure and seemed to satisfy everyone's needs. I was very happy with my first interaction with Best Buy

Geek Squad assisted me when I called the wrong telephone# for Geek Squad after an internet search. The people I called inpersonated Geek Squad. I reached out to rhe real Geek Squad and they searched my devices and uploaded software to help any future breeches. As an elderly person I know we are targeted by scammers. I feel safe due to what Geek Squad implemented on my devices.

I love this membership and glad that i rejoined it. Ihad been a member of the Geek Squad for years but allowed it to lapse. When I had an issue with my computer, I went out and bought another one only to find they were not as good as the one I had. I went to BestBuy, rejoined geek squad and it was the best decision I made! They are attentive, caring, listen to you when you describe the issue, and handle it with immedicay. My computer is fine, didn't need a new one...all it needed was tender loving care. If you're not a Geek Squad member do so ASAP and save yourself issues moving forward. They are there for you!
