    I'll be 100% honest - I am a technology amateur. Every time I have questions everyone at Best Buy has been very helpful. I've used the Geek Squad who answers my questions and helps me with my devices without making me feel dumb. They helped me set up my new computer and transfer all the data from my old laptop to the new Lenovo. The people on the floor are always very helpful and polite and Management has been knowledgeable and reassuring. I also like the additional product coverage for peace of mind. For someone like myself who needs a source of technology support, product information and reassurance they Best Buy Total Membership has been wonderful.

    The best thing I’ve ever bought from Best Buy (and I’ve bought a lot of things) it was simple and easy and the way she explained what it covered made even more sense for the price now I can bring almost anything that has an issues and they’ll help me fix/ diagnose it! And that’s not even including the great deals you get on a lot of the items in store or online!

    I had service done today and the two technicians were unbelievably professional and courteous and was able to get the TV installed. We made a decision to get an additional item that we're going to be picking up in a week or so we are having shipped to the house and they will be coming back to complete. I will definitely use these installation services again nothing but good things to say!

    I’ve had a great experience with the Best Buy Total membership. It’s incredibly convenient knowing that my purchases are protected and that I have access to support whenever I need it. The extended warranty and included services give real peace of mind, especially for electronics I use every day. The membership honestly pays for itself through the savings on protection and services, and the customer service has been reliable and helpful whenever I’ve needed it. Overall, it’s a solid value if you shop at Best Buy regularly and want extra protection and ease.

    Have you ever had a subscription that just felt useless? Well, Best Buy’s Total membership make sure you get every penny of what you pad for it! Every purchase you make, it’s automatically cover by a 24 month protection plan! This plan will continue unless you cancel your membership. You also get other perks for signing up.

    The customer service has been outstanding. The store associate who helped with the purchase in Pasadena was very helpful and patient. He explained the various features of different computers; he was not high pressure. The GEEK squad has been extremely helpful in setting up the computer and transferring data from my old computer. The Services Experience Manager was available, responsive, and extremely helpful via e-mail to help troubleshoot a number of issues. The membership has already proven to be well worth the investment.

    This team is the best I have ever encountered. I’ve been a Totaltech member for three years and Geek Squad for 5-years before that. I call them primarily to help me out with technical issue with either my laptop or my printer or my phone. They are polite, easy to talk with, and they in turn are easily understood making sure that you’re completely satisfied before ending the connection. We enjoyed a bonus this year when we bought a major appliance and found that because we we’re Totaltech members we enjoyed an additional discount as well as free delivery and set up & an additional year on the warranty.

    Best Buy has been my go-to for a few years starting from simply wanting a new phone that wasn't loaded with phone company apps I didn't want and couldn't delete. I prefer my electronic devices shiny and new, usually purchasing from the Cascade Station location because I have such positive experiences. Recently I bought my first gaming PC and as expected the associate spent all the time I needed answering many questions and helping me with comparisons. I love it. Super quiet and faster than anything I have used prior. The BB membership has proved worthwhile and pays for itself with service and discounts. Very happy, highly recommend.

    When I was faced with a computer dilemma, I went to Geek Squad. I have to say, the team there is phenomenal, truthful, trustworthy, and service-oriented. The outcome didn't go my way, but the work they took charge of was not an easy project. It raised my already high level of respect for their diligence and customer focus.

    I’m have had the Best Buy Membership for several years. I’ve used it to help with my computer repairs and IPhone. Recently I purchased several appliances and it’s great cause they cover an extra 2 years warranty on all of the 5 appliances!!! It is a little pricey however everything nowadays is and it’s worth it! I have also used their online chat services and with some purchases I sometimes get some money from Best Buy to use on items I buy there. I’ll continue to pay for the membership! Thanks Best Buy

    This membership is still a good value especially on the computer end of things. Not so much on home appliance service. Total membership used to cover everthing. But, now they have scaled way back and only cover certain things for a brief period of time. They charged me $149 recently for a sevice appointment insisting that I was not a total member. I have been fighting with them to get back my money to no avail since November

    I’m normally not into memberships but this one is worth every penny. And every time I buy something I find out there’s some perk that makes the purchase even better. It makes it worth purchasing exclusively with Best Buy due to the perks. I don’t think there’s a membership out there that even comes close. Highly recommend.

    Won’t my $129.00 back

    Purchase new printer could not get printer to connect so call Best Buy techies $129 to come out so send him out when tech arrived I asked him to make sure scan worked so he got done said all set to go . Week later go to ise scan don’t work so call Best Buy guy on phones says I can fix that remote so for $179 year of service . I said just payed $129 he said you will need to ask for refund . Well I went to Best Buy they 2 different deals can’t refund but we can send guy back out I said it works now . So just sign up for $179 for years worth of service .

    Lost with out my printer

    I had to restart my membership because I was having an issue with my printer not working with my laptop. So learned that once you purchase new items their are a lot of updates that are needed to be done and I went to a different location from where I purchased my laptop and printer phone, and I receive a lot more help and I also enjoyed being able to talk to my geek squad over the phone to continue with my setup with my laptop and my printer thanks you guys

    I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Sean Medford from the Newport News Best Buy. Although I purchased my computer at the Williamsburg store, I required additional assistance setting it up at home and Sean went above and beyond in every way. He arrived right on time, explained everything with clarity and patience, and demonstrated an impressive level of technical knowledge. What really stood out was his kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to help. Sean made sure every question was answered and every issue resolved, all while maintaining a friendly and respectful attitude that immediately put me at ease. His partner, who accompanied him, was also excellent—together they made a fantastic team. Best Buy should be extremely proud to have employees like Sean and his partner. Sean's expertise, communication skills, and customer care are exactly what set the company apart. Thanks to him, I feel much more confident using my new computer, and I’ll absolutely turn to Sean at the Newport News location again because of this experience.

    This is probably one of the best memberships available, whether retail or otherwise. Between the exclusive shopping events and early access to items, getting free AppleCare on Apple products and service plans on all others, it has saved me a significant amount of money as well as the piece of mind on my products. 10/10

    I went to Geek Squad after my very disappointing visit to the Apple store!! The personel was welcoming , professional and knowledgeable, very willing to help me!! They suggested I buy the membership!! Great suggestion!! They worked for 4 days to recover my data (where Apple did not even want to look into my problem), helped with my phone and all that for $179.99 and with that I have support for a year!! Money very well spent!!

    Easy to setup appointment; and the turnaround time is good also. The problem is dropping off the equipment and picking it up. The wait time is too long. There’s not enough employees to handle the volume of customers with technical issues. The explanation as to the problem and the resolution is fine. And, the call to say the device is ready, is also good.
