What a bargain to always know that you'll have help with the problems that arise when you have a computer and are not tech-savy, nor do you have anyone nearby who can help you.

I have more than gotten my money back on subscribing to this,

I liked the membership. It’s worth spending money. But I am disappointed to see that for new plan/renewal of the plan, there will be no more free installation service.

Found a glitch in your membership. I was told I would get installation and repairs as a total tech member. I just called to get a repair for Samsung refrigerator. Samsung refrigerators obviously aren’t very efficient. 3 of them later and they are still defective. I don’t think I should have been told you guys can’t return the refrigerator because a technician has to deem the refrigerator irreparable but you guys don’t and wont ever have a technician to repair or even anyone to deem it irreparable. I just don’t understand. I would like to be contacted. I feel that if Samsung can’t take care of it and as a total tech member Best Buy should take care of it. I would like to trade my refrigerator for a different brand. I’ve been reading reviews for these Samsung refrigerators and most all of them have issues.

Great products, great prices, and great service. Best buy has all home audio and tv and more with the to notch brands check them out dont wanna miss deals day by day.

We've bought several products from Best Buy lately and feel relieved that we have this program if we should need it. So far, so good.

Absolutely no complaints. Access to Geeksqad is worth it. Then you have the member discounts on purchases and the breakage protection. Its a no brainer!

My Total Tech membership gives me peace of mind. It is good to know that if I have any issues with my tech equipment, the Geek squad is there to answer my questions.

Total tech was great while the coverage lasted, it covers all of your devices up to a certain extent just like most insurances do. Always read the fine print.

So worth it! This was one of the best investments I made at BB. My portable AC was having some issues and I called tech-support. They could not send someone out so they offered to replace it.

It works as described with the unlimited service. Very nice if you are buying alot of complicated things. However, I had to purchase when I kept getting defective tvs and soundbars. I wanted to prove it wasn't me. They came and figured out that the items were in fact defective. Wished I didn't have to pay to figure that out. In the end, after they set up the tv, I realized I would have never been able to set it up on my own (sony 85j) as it was complicated. So there was value there. The downside, is you may or may not get a knowledgable tech sent out to your house. They may instill confidence that they did a great job, explain it and send you away with a working tv... or they may be new on the job and leave the home page being a setup screen and things not working since they didn't test it before they leave. Had both experiences thus far. At least all techs at my house were very friendly!
