It's a neat concept, and that's why I joined. Was planning to replace all my appliances since I would get coverage through my membership along with free delivery, install, and haul away. I made my first appliance purchase and everything went downhill from there. The installer showed up more than 2 hours prior to the window that was given to me so I wasn't home. I called customer service asking if the installer would come back at the actual scheduled time and they said I would need to reschedule. I left work early to be there for the install and apparently my time isn't valuable because I couldn't even get a manager to speak to me. They just told the employee to tell me to reschedule the install. I went to Lowe's, bought the same dishwasher, they put it in my truck at that moment, I took it home and installed it. It sucks that I won't get the coverage through my membership, but at least I got my dishwasher, and I was made to feel like I mattered by the Lowe's employees. All I got from Best Buy employees was "thank you so much for your membership" but no actual results.

So far so good on this product. I've saved some money already on purchases that have almost paid for the service. So that's a win for me.

Three star because the sales person lied and said it was good for two years but that is only if you pay for it yearly. I won’t be renewing. So truly it is a one year warranty unless you keep paying.

This membership is a great deal , first look on thaaa deaaals ! And a boat load of other good stuffff ! You won’t regret anything if you love Best Buy like I do :)

Total tech membership is very valuable when you have appliances etc. bought from Best buy. The techs are very knowledgeable when you call them for repairs and other issues
