This is the third year that I have purchased the Total Tech program. I can’t even begin to list all the benefits that this program offers when you pay for this program but it is worth every penny and even more. The Geek Squad in the store will work on your products at no charge unless you need parts and you get discounts for your parts. If you buy a television and the surround system Best Buy will bring it to your house and set everything up for you. They will always haul away all debris and even the old item that you are replacing. This plan offers far too many perks for me to write about so read about this program and when you buy this you will be overjoyed!

They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They worked on my sons gaming PC quite a bit and always did a great job.

I have not used it so far, but I am sure it is worth it.

I already used it to get a replacement for a defective item, was s breeze. No question asked. Plus you get 60 days to return which is great in some situations

If you bought alot, then it is totally worth it but its kinda pricey

Ive always had great exceptional service from Best Buy. I had to have them fix my computer several times and was no charge thanks to the membership.

Despite the cost, I bought Total Tech. Fortunately, I did since all my purchases since then are covered.

The total tech membership is peace of mind and knowing that there is help a phone call away is wonderful. These people really know there stuff and get problems handled.

I enjoy buying things from Best Buy. The protection plan makes it worth it. They have finance options and sometimes offer bonus gift cards.

If you know you are going to be replacing and buying a bunch of things all at once, the free shipping and installation easily pays for itself. Note if you have active AppleCare and cancel, and say reactivate a month later - you permanently lose the coverage! Huge downside especially if its pitched as a deal to you. Treat this as a nice gift for a homebuyer
