Found a glitch in your membership. I was told I would get installation and repairs as a total tech member. I just called to get a repair for Samsung refrigerator. Samsung refrigerators obviously aren’t very efficient. 3 of them later and they are still defective. I don’t think I should have been told you guys can’t return the refrigerator because a technician has to deem the refrigerator irreparable but you guys don’t and wont ever have a technician to repair or even anyone to deem it irreparable. I just don’t understand. I would like to be contacted. I feel that if Samsung can’t take care of it and as a total tech member Best Buy should take care of it. I would like to trade my refrigerator for a different brand. I’ve been reading reviews for these Samsung refrigerators and most all of them have issues.

Shawn, the Geek representative, that came to my home was very knowledgeable and a great help. He got the unit to show on my phones and explained how to use the app.
