Ive always had great exceptional service from Best Buy. I had to have them fix my computer several times and was no charge thanks to the membership.

So worth it! This was one of the best investments I made at BB. My portable AC was having some issues and I called tech-support. They could not send someone out so they offered to replace it.

I value this membership because it's easy. The nearest store is close to home. When I have to go in, the techs have been very helpful.

It's a neat concept, and that's why I joined. Was planning to replace all my appliances since I would get coverage through my membership along with free delivery, install, and haul away. I made my first appliance purchase and everything went downhill from there. The installer showed up more than 2 hours prior to the window that was given to me so I wasn't home. I called customer service asking if the installer would come back at the actual scheduled time and they said I would need to reschedule. I left work early to be there for the install and apparently my time isn't valuable because I couldn't even get a manager to speak to me. They just told the employee to tell me to reschedule the install. I went to Lowe's, bought the same dishwasher, they put it in my truck at that moment, I took it home and installed it. It sucks that I won't get the coverage through my membership, but at least I got my dishwasher, and I was made to feel like I mattered by the Lowe's employees. All I got from Best Buy employees was "thank you so much for your membership" but no actual results.

Just can't go wrong. It's worth the price. You you are an electronic geek like me, you must purchase it. It's definitely worth it even if you know how to fix your own products if they break.
