Bought this. It cost me less to buy this than to pay for an install and old appliance removal and a warranty. Plus it covers other things not purchased at best buy

This membership was required to get access to exclusive products and sales. But getting the membership I had early access to game consoles and graphics cards

This is a grate plan, I an old guy and Tec challenged. It is cool to just drop off one of my 5 my computer and come back and its fixed no charge.

Daniel came out and installed the Out of Box Mint TV that I had picked up at the Arlington Store that Best buy would not let me put on my Credit card. Then when Daniel was finished he told me he could not turn on TV as I had the wrong remote control. I called Customer Service and asked for them to mail me the right remote control for my unit. However after 4-5 customer service agents, they said they couldn't do that. So I ordered a new remote from Ebay as I had my knee replaced and could not go to the store. After I received it, I Recalled Daniel to come out again and finish Setting up my TV and Antenna, He came out the next day and finished up

The service is excellent, I just don't like is they don't give you the option to renew your subscription they just charge your credit card without giving you the option of renewing the service or not, then there's a charge on your card automatically. I feel at least give me the option if I want to renew the subscription.

Completely worth the price! Recently bought my parents a new oven and having the membership saved me money on the setup and haul away service. Plus a two year warranty!

Totally worth it considering the cost of delivery and installation that you would pay otherwise without the membership. Not to mention the additional warranty coverage.
