We bought this along with a new TV, mostly because it was cheaper than paying for a single TV installation. The free delivery, installation, and haul-away services are really convenient to have.

The membership pays for itself. Geed Squad is readily available. Product protection plans with all purchases. The membership allows me to enjoy my products knowing Geed Squad has me covered.

This best buy membership is good to have. I just have been having small challenges with being able to purchase what I want, but the discounts and rewards really does help if you are a constant person who uses their membership.

This is a grate plan, I an old guy and Tec challenged. It is cool to just drop off one of my 5 my computer and come back and its fixed no charge.

This membership is good to have. Although i have really never used it.

We got this membership so I wouldn’t have to resolve problems, so it was disheartening when my Outlook email was hacked and I couldn’t change my password to log in. I dropped the entire laptop off and asked if they wanted my Outlook email log in info. “We won we’d that,” said the nice Geek. Two days later I picked it up and was told it was fixed after uninstalling and reinstalling the MS Outlook app and software. It wasn’t! I ended up contacting Microsoft Support and fixing it with their help. When I called the Geek Squad and complained, they said they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t have my log information!! I wasn’t impressed and had lost use of my computer for over two weeks. I don’t believe we’ll be renewing at the end of the contract..

This membership is a great value. Member prices, unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans for our purchases!

If you plan to buy multiple items from Best Buy this will cover all your electronics and devices. As warranties for certain items can get super expensive this is your best bang for you dollars .

The total tech membership is peace of mind and knowing that there is help a phone call away is wonderful. These people really know there stuff and get problems handled.

This membership is best because of the excellent customer care and services rendered

Not sure it is worth it unless you purchase more than one item over the year. However, is pretty close to the same price as the protection for 2 years on a computer.
