Signed up for the My Best Buy Total membership thinking I’d maybe use it once or twice, turns out, I use it constantly. The free shipping, extended warranties, and tech support alone make it worth it. I’ve already saved more than the membership cost just on repairs and discounts. The protection plan coverage is great peace of mind for big purchases like TVs, laptops, and controllers (especially in a gaming house like mine). Plus, being able to get priority service and same-day delivery on some items is a huge bonus. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this membership basically pays for itself. Zero regrets.

This membership was one of the best decisions I have made. Any device I have issues with I just take it in and they explain what is wrong, fix it and if anything needs replaced they call and tell me and I say yeah or nay. I love it. The staff is always so nice, they never make me feel like I am clueless which I am when it comes to all the new technology!

I would say that the membership is definitely worth it if you are a student or on a budget with regard to your technology. My laptop has extreme sentimental value and it got water spilled on it at work, the folks at GeekSquad were able to save it and get it sent off for repairs. The membership was cheaper than my computer repairs would have been outright, so I went ahead and signed up, and I’ve been able to make great use of the benefits of having it ever since! My new headphones are now protected as well!

I love this membership and glad that i rejoined it. Ihad been a member of the Geek Squad for years but allowed it to lapse. When I had an issue with my computer, I went out and bought another one only to find they were not as good as the one I had. I went to BestBuy, rejoined geek squad and it was the best decision I made! They are attentive, caring, listen to you when you describe the issue, and handle it with immedicay. My computer is fine, didn't need a new one...all it needed was tender loving care. If you're not a Geek Squad member do so ASAP and save yourself issues moving forward. They are there for you!

Best Buy have great customer service/support. I recently purchased a laptop with the help of a knowledgeable sales person. A staff from different departments searched for a computer mouse and was successful finding it. Best Buy went above and beyond. I want to say Thank you to the staff that participated. I didn't know this service existed. Took my laptop in for the Geek Squad to figure out why I had no sound. The service person explained the benefits of having the Service Membership, and it seemed a perfect fit for my needs. By the way. The person at the service desk was wonderful. She was very busy with customers, but kept her cool under pressure and seemed to satisfy everyone's needs. I was very happy with my first interaction with Best Buy

I reached out to rhe real Geek Squad and they searched my devices and uploaded software to help any future breeches. As an elderly person I know we are targeted by scammers. I feel safe due to what Geek Squad implemented on my devices.

Best Buy Total Membership gives you peace of mind for all your purchases, particularly for my top end HP laptop that I need dependable. The technological support by the Geek Squad is incredible and very friendly. They never give up. I had an IPad that started acting up, I tried to fix it from information on the web, then took it to the Best Buy Geek Squad who tried different things. Then I know for certain it was time to buy a new one for a competitive price. I hate to spend money unnecessarily. Best Buy gave me the confidence to get new one.

You just can't go wrong by being a Total Member! Any products that you purchase at BB you know will be covered for two years. They stand by their products. Even Apple products are covered under the Total membership, no need to pay for the Apple Care. I'm very happy they offer this membership to protect all of my purchases, large or small. Additionally, you will get special pricing or first dibs on hot items.

Becoming a member was a good decision. Anytime that I have a problem with my computer or other device the Geek Squad is always there. They are honest and do not try to force you to buy anything additional. My only complaint is that the store does not have a dedicated telephone line that you can call to make appointments.

I have not had a membership for years. My lab too had been hacked even with and through Ma Caffe. Thinks we’re being translated into Spanish and sent to hackers. For instance, an order to Amazon would have been sent there. I’ve was also kicked out of a zoom call when this first occurred. It is very scary! The laptop was cleaned and is back to use. Thx.
