Open Box Mint TV came with wrong Remote Control.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Daniel came out and installed the Out of Box Mint TV that I had picked up at the Arlington Store that Best buy would not let me put on my Credit card. Then when Daniel was finished he told me he could not turn on TV as I had the wrong remote control. I called Customer Service and asked for them to mail me the right remote control for my unit. However after 4-5 customer service agents, they said they couldn't do that. So I ordered a new remote from Ebay as I had my knee replaced and could not go to the store. After I received it, I Recalled Daniel to come out again and finish Setting up my TV and Antenna, He came out the next day and finished up
