This service has paid for itself already and not just for computer support. I provide many other benefits that I did not know about until was told by salesperson.

The Total Tech program assisted with all of the technical support. I am grateful for this service because I had very little to do at home to get the device to work.

It's nice to know that you can have somebody come and do a sound check on your home theater and it's covered we don't have to pay every single time. I just wish it was maybe a year instead of a couple months because it seems to be a little bit expensive and you can't always get a hold of the people to come out and fix your product

Cost included installation of new wall oven and take away of old wall oven. Cost of total tech was less than if I’d paid individually for installation and take away.

This is a great membership to have for your purchases. But it would be better if it covered all electronics you own.

So many great deals, but the best part of it is the free amenities! It will save you a lot of money for insurance for the more pricey items on your dream list.

This membership has saved me money and time. When I called the technicians, they responded quickly and were able to resolve my computer issues online.

We had to use them for my husband's new computer as it kept overheating. It was fixed and return within 24 hours and it has been running great for almost a year.

I have no complaints and honestly think adding the tech membership is a smart choice to ensure safety in future possible accidents.

I bought the Total Tech because I needed my laptop worked on and it seemed it be cheaper to go that route. So first after showing him the problem, it wouldn't charge, he said you need a new battery. Got that took to them and that didn't fix the problem. Then they said you need a new charger. Got that and it didn't fix my problem either. So took it back and said you've put a new battery in it and a new charger and it's still doing what it was the very first time I was in here, won't charge. So now they say oh you got a bad new battery, go get another battery. But it was doing the not charging thing before this new battery so how can it be the battery. So now they insist on my getting another battery. So what good are the Geek Squad if they keep telling me it's the same thing, the new thing? Wonder if they know what their doing?

This was worth every penny. I used it multiple times and I will always buy it on my big purchases and keep it for two years

This membership is great my girlfriend and I are going to use it to prevent anything that we buy in Best Buy. Besides everything even movies we bought in this store
