Totaltech is worth the cost for us. We are low on the technology knowledge, and Totaltech has come through when needed. Look to use the service before our TV warranty expires.

I purchased this while ordering a window unit and couple other item’s because it would all be coved and installed or put together with this plan. I called to see about how to make the appointment for them to come out and was told I would have to pay installation again because the order didn’t show installation even though this plan coved all of it by Best Buy sales and I talked to them 3 times before purchasing over $1500 worth of items. I returned all item and they then they shorted me $8 on the total tech package on the refund. I will say I’ve purchased lot from Best Buy and never had issues until this purchase but it left me not wanting to buy anything else from them.

I love my total tech so far we are in the process of buying a house, an plan to purchase all my items through best buy using my total tech free installation.
