Everything about this plan is amazing as time went by, we realize how valuable this plan was.

Insane value for this program, my only regret is not doing it sooner. Without a doubt a must if you are a regular BB customer or use their tech services.

I have no complaints and honestly think adding the tech membership is a smart choice to ensure safety in future possible accidents.

Umm ok, don't know why I got to write a minimum of 50 characters but whatever. Definitely a no brainer her.can save you a lot of headache's on down the road.

Great to have them on my side in getting things set up when I get lost or to answer questions regarding whether "old" equipment will be compatible with it.

The team was very helpful, there was an issue with transferring my data from my old computer to the new one and they tried very hard to resolve it and came up with a solution. The only issue reason I give 4 stars is bc u cannot get in touch with any human in the store u are working with. This is NOT the employees fault. It is a Best Buy thing where their phone # goes to a service and will not allow you to talk directly to geek squad team. They “take messages” and emails to “get back to u” this is frustrating. You literally cannot call Best Buy and speak to a human. Besides geek squad also just the store in general. Again this has no reflection upon the staff who are all awesome and helpful and knowledgeable. This is beyond their control.

Love the discounts I get when buying stuff. True they are not huge but I’ll take what I can get. Haven’t had to use services yet but glad they are there if needed.

This membership is just awesome. I can't imagine living without it. The Geeks are the best and friendly

It’s a bit pricey but I wouldn’t be without it. I’ve used their service several times to include delivery and set up of various products I’ve purchased.
