I’m not very savvy with technology so when I bought my new laptop I decided to buy the total tech. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have someone to help me.

I love this store!! My computer was needing some real cleaning up. I took it in and they have it running just beautiful. Prices are great, service is awesome!!

Appointment times are 2-3 weeks out where I live but totaltech membership is worth it and will pay for itself and beyond if you want to have appliances installed.

This membership is a great value for those who by electronics like laptops that my need them fix. It is cheaper than each individual vist to the Geek Squad.

Total Tech is a real value especially if you know NOTHING about technology. They walk you through everything. They answer all your questions clearly.

I purchased this while ordering a window unit and couple other item’s because it would all be coved and installed or put together with this plan. I called to see about how to make the appointment for them to come out and was told I would have to pay installation again because the order didn’t show installation even though this plan coved all of it by Best Buy sales and I talked to them 3 times before purchasing over $1500 worth of items. I returned all item and they then they shorted me $8 on the total tech package on the refund. I will say I’ve purchased lot from Best Buy and never had issues until this purchase but it left me not wanting to buy anything else from them.

I really like it and I know that I can trust it when I am online. I also feel secure, knowing that my kids aren’t going to download any viruses that will mess up the computer.

When your computer needs cleaning up other fixes, this has helped with keeping the overall costs down. With multiple devices, not just one.

Really enjoy the unlimted Geek Squad support option, it was the best selling point for me and all the other quirks of the service are extra value for me
