the membership used to be a real value however, unfortunately,now you’ve changed your free shipping and the benefits for return. Starting this year, I’m going to have to reevaluate the value that this company seems to put in to their royal customers.

I recently purchased an open box TV and because of the original replacement price, the 2 year insurance would have been over $400. The salesman convinced me to purchase the total membership plan and now it is covered. I would suggest that everyone who purchases a computer or TV at Best Buy take this plan.

This is an amazing membership. You get great perks, free 2 day shipping on most orders and an extended protection plan up to 24 months. A recent order I purchased is not offering 2 day shipping for whatever reason.
