This plan has saved two hardworking parents alot of money. We had kids of all ages and a very busy home. This plan has paid for itself over and over with its warranties on the products that have needed to be replaced in our busy home. The replacement process was straight forward and super easy. I recommend the plan for anyone who has a very active life and home.

So far so good. I like the professionalism that all the workers have shown thus far.

I picked up my laptop that was to get a virus removed. Got home turned it on and started to work on some items and same problem I brought it in for happened so i wasted several days spent money I didn’t have to stop what i am doing and tun system off wait 20 seconds and restart system to work several things and problem back. So shut down wait and restart. I know bring it back in and you will look at. I am a minister and the laptop does everything daily for me. Down time I do not need. So easier to turn on and off than be down for days!!!!!!!!!

very good sales person but he told me I would receive some credit for purchasing and opened a new account with Best Buy. I have only received $3.00

The best and easiest to use lab top I ever had. The touch screen is beyond excellent.

My computer died. The geek squad got my computer up and running so I could capture all my files. But I knew my time was running out on my old computer. I bought a new computer at Best Buy and geek squad did all the set up and conversions. Then they helped me buy a new phone.

Haven't had to use it yet but nice peace of mind knowing we have product protection and access to Geek Squad

This service has saved me too many times to remember. They are always so very nice. I am hard of hearing, but they slways soeak loudly and enunciate clearly for me.

If you are shopping at Best Buy, you probably love your gadgets like we do! This coverage is the best and I don’t think twice when it is time to renew each year. I love knowing that whatever we buy, from a sous vide machine to a giant television, my purchased are covered! It has saved on on multiple occasions now!
