A: A Macbook Pro never comes out the box with Malicious Website or any Malware if it’s new or even refurbished from Best Buy. If it does, return it. If your macbook is infected a long time after you bought it then i’m sorry to tell you that it’s a consequence of your own online actions.

Q: Do I have to pay shipping charges on items that need to be repaired through geek squad

A: No. Problems were in programs, not in the physical machine.

Q: If I buy an 85 in tv from best buy , does the yearly subscription provide me a free mount service ( dry wall upstairs )? Do I need to buy the mount from Best Buy ?

A: yes it does give you mount service by the Geek Squad. no you do not have to purchase the mount from Best Buy

Q: I currently have total tech but did not when I purchased a tv from Best Buy in 2020. I now need that tv mounted, is the mounting covered with total tech since it was a Best Buy purchase or do I have to pay full cost for mounting?

A: I believe that you have to pay it since you didn't get TV when you had the membership. And you can actually go to your purchases in your best buy purchase and tells you if it does (I think?!).

A: No

Q: If I cancel my totaltech does that also cancel webroot?

A: Simply no. Why would I want to. I love my Webroot.
