Being in my 60's I know how to type but find any other processes necessary to work out kinks on any other electronic items nearly impossible. The comfort and peace of mind this program provides is priceless. The technicians that have visited my home have always been prompt and professional. I find this service to be invaluable and the cost for value very fair and affordable. I couldn't live without this program.

I had previously cancelled my membership but after I had problems with my computer and took it in for repair the difference between the repair and the membership, I decided to renew my membership.

My computer’s OS crashed right before I meant to start a new job, ratherthan spend $150 on an OS reinstall, it was $179.99 and I have a year where they’ll help with any electronic issues I have for free and I get other discounts too.

Appears to be a good deal for services thru the Geek Squad.

I am glad I purchases the Best Buy Membership. There were a few concerns that I had when I initially purchased the MacBook Air. The experts were were able to assist me in solving the concerns.

The Membership is worth it when you make big purchases. If you are not spending a few thousand a year I would not recommend it.
