This was a good deal for me. Work I needed done would have cost substantially more if done on a piecemeal basis. Total membership covered it and the work was done quickly and well.

I purchased this membership based on my last purchase of an EPSON printer/scanner at Best Buy about 4 1/2 years go. A Geek squad tech came to my home, set it up and left after all checked out. I had several issues with the printer and GEEK squad returned .. NO PROBLEM no extra cost.. when I purchased this membership .. I purchased it based on the salesman informing me that this would cover home installation????? I had to pay $129 extra for a home visit that was not completed

It’s very useful to have membership you get offers and great deals for new product and upgrades. Also help you finding things or items fast, you just have to log in and search for it. Simple.

My desktop computer had a corrupted operating system (which I didn't know until I took it in). I had an appointment so I really didn't have to wait at all. The most important thing I told them was to save my Outlook contacts & distribution lists. When I picked it up, I was told everything should be ok since they didn not have to set it back to the factory settings but, when I got home, my contacts and distribution lists were gone. I bought a 1 terrabyte SSD card when I dropped it off and will make sure to export my contacts and save them on that.

I purchased this so my husband could get help transferring his info to the new IPad I also purchased. I was given a brochure and told the number to set up an appointment was on it. It was not! I was disappointed to find out it was a call center and not the store I purchased my products at. When I finally got a hold of someone I was told the Saratoga store could not offer that service because it wasn’t an Apple certified store. I was told I had to go to an Albany ,NY store 2 hours from my home. BUYER BEWARE and ask a lot of questions. Possibly get a number that connects you directly to a store, which I still don’t have.

I took my computer in for service. The technicians cleaned it up and fixed a problem. It worked out very well.
