    So I was in need of a 1 or more years of service protection via best buy for my ROG Ally X and after pricing out the cost I found this path cheaper over buying individual service plans with the added benefit to free shipping and other sales discounts.

    MBB total covers so many things especially the apple care. It pays for itself in that alone. I know I can take my computers in for Geek squad help anytime and that gives a sense of security worth the membership fee as well.

    My husband recommended that I make sure to continue with the total tech after he passed. He had always been my tech go-to. I have needed to use their services many times and they are always helpful and I can get on with the use of my computer, phone, security systems, etc. Total tech gives me total peace of mind w/o any personal tech knowledge.

    I would really recommend this total tech Best Buy membership stuff like that you could never go wrong to have the protection and they always help you out if you have a question or something about your electronic

    I have had Geek Squad and now Total Tech for close to five years. Almost all service technicians have been helpful and knew their stuff. Recently I purchased a new Dell with Windows 11 and had zero problems. Until I had to have my modem replaced. My printer stopped communicating with my computer. I called Total Tech three times and they worked remotely for literally hours. Each time I had to leave the computer to get something to eat. Not one of them called me back when finished and all three indicated in the chat that they had fixed the problem. However, that was not true! I have not been able to print for a couple months. For the past two days I have been researching it nonstop and today I solved the problem. It was as simple as removing the printer software and reinstalling it to recognize the new modem. Educated technicians should have known that was the problem, especially when I told the second and third one exactly what happened!
