I am not very tech savvy, so when I need help, the Geek Squad and my total membership team are there when I need them. I have not had a bad experience or unresolved experience yet. I do not worry about if something breaks or goes out of whack because my total membership covers most of the problems that can arise. I feel a little more at ease with the full coverage.

I have a old PC tower and the Geek squad at Best Buy very helpfull they were able to clean it and add spy to it. All I can say is excellent service.

Good value if you shop a lot at Best Buy, especially if you are a tech enthusiast. The ability to price match up to 60 days within purchase of a product can help offset the cost of the membership in the long run.

Best Buy total membership is with the price. I have never had to take advantage of it but have relief knowing it is there if it is needed.

My old laptop needed help. Then I got hacked. I bought the Total membership to avoid paying ala mode for services. That saved me a bunch of money. My hard drive was replaced and my old laptop runs like a new one.
