Love having the ability to call geek squad any time I have issues!

It's a wonderful membership to have, if you run into a problem with your device. They come out to your home & solve the problem. I was a member before & found it to be very rewarding. Geek service is the BEST!

While the on-line team could not fix my problem, the in-store team was able to do so. It was certainly not an easy task yet they persevered and got it done. I am very grateful and appreciative of their work.

The Geek Squad is fantastic. I had a problem loading a program. The Geek Squad tuned up my PC and deleted several files. As soon as they finished, I was able to open the program. Thanks Geek Squad.

I didnt think it would be worth until i knew i was able to consistently bring my electronics into geek squad and have them take a look and fix my problem free of charge. The membership alone was cheaper than it would have been for me to pay for my first geek squad visit. Not to mention all the discount i get for being a total member is a nice plus. Being a member is vital when you run into situations that I did this week. My hard drive failed. Very nerve wracking. Geek Squad had me up and running within 24 hours. I LOVE BEST BUY! Could really use that gift card! lol

So far, so good. Needed a repair to my laptop. The membership means I can bring it back in for a "tune-up".
