I am very pleased with this membership. After losing my partner suddenly who was brilliant at technology along with many other attributes, I was lost. Someone mentioned trying out Geek Squad and to date I've always been very pleased with any and all my technical needs.

Like I said if you get the total you’ll get two year geeksquad warranty on any product you buy packaged in for no additional costs. So instead of buying the warranty for $200 just get the yearly total membership.

I took the year total service plan because I moved from a 2015 laptop to a New one. I wanted to be able to get help as well as have a protection plan for a year. I have had to use the Geek Squad 2 times and am loving the help. If you are moving to a whole new system, the total protection plan is the way to go. Would recommend it.

I am glad I got this because I am going to buy other electronics from them, so I just buy this one time to cover everything. I am excited to buy another item from Best Buy. Also, the staff were very helpful, friendly, and informative. I am glad that I went to them!!

We have enjoyed this membership because of their response to Helping in the home. Also, we have taken our computers several times to have them update or help with problems that we don’t quite understand. Also, when we have a possibility of an attack or spam, we can go in and be relieved after they have gone through our computers.

I just purchased this product for the first time and used the Geek Squad for the first time. My jury is still out on the value of this product. At this time, I would probably buy it again but I'm not 100% sure yet. Will review again after I use their services again.

If you're someone who buys a lot of technology and appliances, don't hesitate and get your membership. You won't regret it because of the insurance it offers on products, and all Apple products include AppleCare, which is why I decided on this one.

This is a very good membership and worth the money. It covers all your devices. Its like a extended warranty which covers all your devices in a single plan and many other perks. I was able to price match the products which i already bought because of this membership.

One of the best decisions my wife is happy with. Ha ha. This Total membership plan is a steal and has awesome perks. I am a card holder and Total Plus Member. These electronics will fail and its safe to have a warranty that will replace your product with a new one. Im happy with the decision I made. My electronics and T.V.'s are protected. Especially when you have little ones whonlike to throw things..

Best Buy total plus not only gives you discounts on certain items and member special only pricing but covers all your devices for up to 24 months. The only issue I’ve had is with TVs and manufacturer warranties that you have to go through if the product is within one year and fails. Those manufacturer warranties are not as good so caveat emptor on things like TVs displays and any Apple products that need to be serviced directly through Apple. Otherwise pretty much everything else if it breaks they’ll either replace it or give you a gift card with the price you paid for the item so still well worth it.

This membership is a real value for anyone especially senior citizens. The Geek Squad is the best and I can depend on them for help. They've already helped in a big way in transferring photos from my old desk top to my new Lenovo Idea Pad and the cost was included in my membership. The membership was a wise decision on my part. Outstanding in-store (Salem, NH) Geek Squad/Customer Service. Ray took the time to understand my needs ad made several suggestions on possible options. I was positively impressed with his knowledge and description of my options. Ray also waited on me more recently on another technical matter (also at the Salem, NH store) and once again he took the time to listen and suggest possible actions. Outstanding effort on his part. My initial purchase was ordered on line with in store pick up of hard to find ink for my old printer. I then had a discussion with a sales person who will be helping me purchase a new lap top & printer, so I already bought a membership with Geek Squad support to set up everything when I make the next purchases very soon.

The membership has already paid for itself. I had several issues. I visited the geek squad several times over the span of five days. They were extremely helpful and resolved all of my issues. The geek squad was helpful in selecting a new computer since my old one was outdated and needed serious updates which my old computer could not handle.

This autumn, the helpers - male and female were comfortable with themselves and the public, knowledgeable and were open to questions and repeated explaining.
