The Best Buy Total Membership is a great value. Having the peace of mind for Geek Squad service is a real advantage.

I think that it was a good buy and if I had to choose the same items again and I would do it with a cheaper price. Nevertheless, it was a good buy.

This membership gives me a peace of mind knowing that if my camera is damaged all i have to do is pay a small fee and they will fix it or replace it.

Service was faster than expected, a bit expensive but worth the price tag. Estimated 3 days to look at my desktop PC and only took a single day before telling me the issue. Thank you best buy.

Technical support from the Geek Squad was awesome. Their service was more than I expected and extremely helpful. With my renewal I know I can depend on them to help me with technical support as needed.

The crew at our local Best Buy Geek Squad are excellent. Preparing new laptops, yearly virus scans, and tuneups are done quickly with great results. Friendly and knowledgeable group of professionals.

I would prefer incentives such as coupons and discounts for loyal customers, as I do not use any of the protection service that the program offers or find them useful.

The membership is honestly a great deal as a household with 2 Custom built PC's and plenty of electronics. Knowing we are covered if anything happens is great.
