Super simple. My purchase was online, so when entering my info during the process of purchasing was important obviously. The gift card will come via email, as soon as your order has cleared their system, the email containing the info for the card will be sent. That hung me up for a bit until i discovered that fact. Other than that, when i made my next purchase, i resorted back to my email, got the info, plugged it in, and there it was. Super simple stuff!

This membership is value driven. Great member prices with an unlimited Geek Squad and customer service support team. There is purchased product tranquility that allows for a sound consumer peace of mind! Its why Best Buy is my primary choice!

We always get protection for our phones and this was a I brained. One protection plan that covers multiple devices AND appliances!

Tried using my Best Buy card at the store, then dinner, then for gas. Declined all three places so I called the hotline on card. They flagged my card and put a hold on it for trying to purchase something from the Best Buy app, for only 48 dollars, but didnt for the thousands spent earlier the same day. Called the number and they were idiots. Could not understand them. Had to talk to three different people because I could literally not understamd any of them and then they could not even explain to me why it was flagged. Was very upset for the embarrassment 3 times to not even find out why they put a hold on my card. Unacceptable.

Membership looks like a great investment. Have not used it yet but it’s there if and when I will need it. With technology prices now. It’s a no brainer

This is a great program. Can make an appointment to get help with your electronics. Covers everything bought under the program for s year. It could save you money.

The use of the Geek Squad is great. I, however, am not sure that I needed to buy the membership.
