Membership with access to Geek Squad is great! Working with the sales associates was a wonderful experience!

Worth the cost to get all my old computer “stuff” transferred over to new computer. I always appreciated Geek Squad availability.

For fifteen bucks a year you get free geek fixes, sneak peeks at sales and-here's the best part-swap stuff the same day if it sucks. It's like insurance for dummies. I love mine.

Membership is definitely worth having. In a years time I have had a tabletop ice maker and ear buds replaced. Also more recently my microwave which was almost two years old (purchased from Best Buy) decided to start giving me problems, 3 days from the warranty expiring ! Called Best Buy and they had someone out two days later to look at it, they ordered some parts and will be back in a week to install, whew, what a lifesaver

It is nice to have ability to set an appointment and bring computer laptop in to have it diagnosed. I had two appointments as my calendar on laptop and phone stopped syncing. The techs were nice but neither could help. It is like they need a next level support. The on line I used once and it was 30 minutes I want back. I am hammering the service a bit, however it is nice to have.

Now that I am older and technology is getting complicated due to the constant updates - this is a necessity.

My computer was hacked but I didn't lost any money. But after that I wanted every thing I owned checked out and bought this service to make sure I was safe. The Geek Squad checked everything, reset the protection, and erased all malware the intruders had tried to leave behind. Since that time I've used the service to figure out why I kept getting notices from HP to update stuff I didn't have installed. They got rid of that too. Great service.

Membership is a great Value for my Home Business it has helped me a few times already in person and remtely.

I have had great service and discounts. I would strongly encourage others to be a Best Buy Member. The only thing better would be a membership discount with senior discount or discount for veterans and disabled.

The membership is well worth the money. I have unlimited help for the year. I received $150 in store credit.
