In-store geek squad outstandingly knowledgeable. He was quick to diagnose, fix and explain procedures in an easy way.

This membership is honestly worth it. I know it looks expensive but believe me it has saved my clumsy butt so many times.

Tried tried and kept on very long hold times with no response!! Also tried to contact Geek Squad and still as of this date unable to make contact. Had old computer transfer to new laptop! Programs transferred must had not been transferred or working!!

This membership has been awesome!! I've used the Geek Squad to recover missing family photos, upgrade a laptop hard drive, and replace a hard drive on a desktop computer that crashed. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable and fast!! I highly recommend this!!

They are very helpful. I am not to confident about computers. So they are patient and helpful in explaining and directions on what I need to do.

It costs a lot but has some good perks. I bought it because my computer wasn’t working and the cost to repair was then set to the price of the plan and nothing more.

This membership its worth it. I buy a vacuum long time and recently got broken so i went and get a new one and the cashier start a conversation about how good this vacuums are so i tell her i have mine for over 2 years already and she asked me if i buy the vacuum with them i tell her yes i did so she tell me why you dont bring it back and check if they can fixed for you or replace it so i did and t h ey said no it can't be fix but they replace for a new one completely new i was like omg!! I cant believe other companies sale insurance on some items and you have to call over 100 times and they never do anything and this one i dont even need to call no body

I would highly recommend this. Your devices are covered in case if damage and if something goes wrong you can take your device in and Best Buy will have their geek squad fix it .its best to have the memberships
