    The team member on Geek Squad was easy to talk do, ans all my questions with dialog that could be understood and let me practice the operation explained. Don't bug friends and family to help, Geek Squad much better.

    Gives a person an opportunity to ask questions if they need. Issue I have is the number called, unless you have a direct number to the store, could be from anywhere and sometimes they are very hard to understand. Geek Squad also always wants you to bring in your computer and gear. Don't seem to want to do it over the phone.

    I bought new phones for us and never would haven been able to transfer from the old phones without no-cost help from the GEEK squad. The salesperson was very helpful and the squad was simply the best. Plus the price discount helped. The membership is worth every penny.

    My best buy total membership is definitely a great value. we have used it many times with our computers. for initial set up and for figuring out problems with them. When we purchased a high end TV the came in and set it up so that it had everything we needed on it showed us how to use it with streaming services etc.. The service tech are always very professional. They Made sure we understood everything before they left.

    I love it when I purchase something that presents itself as money-saving and convenient, and turns out to be exactly as presented. This membership saves me from sitting in front of family members' computers, over my head in software, and picking at random things hoping they will turn out to fix the problem at hand. I just take the item I'm struggling with to the Geek Squad, and they fix it. My only complaint is they are so pressured for time because this service is so popular, that they don't get to thoroughly explain what they've done.

    Buying at Best Buy for many years I never used the geek squad before now. But finding myself being hacked on my computer I turned to the squad to help and they did. Then I find the added benefits of the yearly membership I wish I used this years ago.

    It is great to bring in your devices and get them fixed without worrying about the cost. I will say I did not like how you have to set an appointment for geek squad to drop off and pick up your device. I had no idea I couldn't simply pick up my device when it was ready.

    The Geek tech was very informative about getting the plan for my laptop. I'm sorry I forgot her name. For what it would cost me to just fix it vs the membership was a much better deal. Very pleasant and efficient.

    If you buy multiple electronics a year, this is the best service imaginable. The price of mind is top tier. If your product malfunctions or stops functioning (as long as you don’t fully destroy it yourself) and If you pass the return policy, you can bring your product in for an exchange or store credit. It is so nice to know you are covered and don’t just have a useless broken product. Best Buy has you covered!

    I don’t usually write reviews however the membership is a very important to have especially if you have products that sometimes have problems especially the customer service has been the best always with the best attitude from all employees I have encountered

    Signed up for the Geek Squad based on a recommendation from my cousin, and she was 100% correct despite being on the other side of the country. It's a bargain and service was fast to do a data transfer to my new desktop and do some work on an older laptop. Love being able to call with questions anytime on the 888#, and calls are answered right away. The ESL speakers need to be reminded to speak slowly, though.

    Having Best Buy Total Membership pays off. It may seem to cost a lot up front, but if you use th service even once in your year, you have already paid your entire membership price. Totally recommend using total service.

    Love it, was not a fan of the price at first but i have more than gotten my value out if this, Im going ti be renewing each year. Everything Ive bought comes with 2 year protection, devices can be taken in and worked on wheather i biught from best buy or not PCs can be upgraded/built with parts i bought elsewhere or if i get from there its much quicker and decent deals.

    After we got hacked, we took our CPU to the Geek Squad for a clean up. Reeve was fantastic and recommended the membership. After that, a series of new equipment and software additions were required. That membership covered all the labor and we are very thankful!

    The membership was great for a new laptop I bought and switching the info on my old laptop to the new one. It did not help when I bought a Bushnell View on line and used a rewards certificate. I returned it because Bushnell came out with a new model for the same price. Best Buy refunded my money but not the rewards certificate. I was told when I returned it the reward would be added back to my account, but after a week and I called it was not. I was then told rewards are not reusable. I thought I the membership should have helped me with customer service.

    Purchased membership to provide me a peace of mind with my new laptop purchase. Geek Squad also transferred all my old laptop data over as part of the membership (value $100) so I'm already using the benefits!
