My Best Buy Total memberships is a jewel. It allows you protection for your purchase devices. There are other reward through the membership that can be accessed. The price is right for what you are paying for.

This membership is a REAL value to me. Member prices are great considering the service I receive from having a Total Protection Plan. Geek Squad support is wonderful. Also, I love the peace of mind of getting REAL protection with no push back from the Customer Service Dept. on anything I've ever had to return or exchange. I have benefitted greatly from the plan. I have had a few claims and all have gone smoothly. The only issue i have is that some computer parts are not covered under the plan. weirdly not all computer parts just some (CPU to point one out)

i HAVE HAD THE BESTBUY TOTAL PROTECTION PLAN FOR A NUNBER OF YEARS; AND i'VE USED IT A LOT. IT IS WORTH THE MONEY BECAUSE WHEN THERE ARE TECH PROBLEMS, THIS PLAN IS THE BEST WAYTO GO. I LIKE THAT IF THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH MY TECH i CAN EITHER TAKE IT IN OR THEY WILL COME TO MY HOME, CHECK EVERYTHING OUT AND IF IT CAN'T BE FIXED, THEY WILL HELP YOU GET A NEW PIECE OF TECH.
