Love having this membership with my limited skills in the technology area I have support as needed and start up help also.

Have had total tech sicnce before it became total tech. Excellent results (avoid calling in, you will get India and these experiences have cost me weeks off my life). Deal with your local store by scheduling an appointment and going to the store. The store techs are very good and nice to deal with.

Membership is worth the investment for a peace of mind

I have benefitted greatly from the plan. I have had a few claims and all have gone smoothly. The only issue i have is that some computer parts are not covered under the plan. weirdly not all computer parts just some (CPU to point one out)
