I have had great service and discounts. I would strongly encourage others to be a Best Buy Member. The only thing better would be a membership discount with senior discount or discount for veterans and disabled.

If you're going to buy even 2 pieces of electronics in a year you should do this! The included coverage is WAAAAY worth the peace of mind! The free shipping is fine but tbh I usually prefer to pick up and just see if something is in stock at my local store then go get it instead of ordering (it understandly takes their pick team hand a day typically to get an order pulled and I can drive there and scoop the item in 30 mins. It also gives me a chance to browse in store, which is good retail:consumer alignment. There's deec exclusive sales too but tbh it's the accidental damage coverage that kept me subscribed for 2+ years now.

When I have problems with my computer I can bring it to them to fix it.

This is a great program. Can make an appointment to get help with your electronics. Covers everything bought under the program for s year. It could save you money.

This membership has been awesome!! I've used the Geek Squad to recover missing family photos, upgrade a laptop hard drive, and replace a hard drive on a desktop computer that crashed. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable and fast!! I highly recommend this!!

Great services and nice staff. Except for Apple devices since my store is close to an Apple Store . I must sent my devices to the Apple Store instead of going here. Unless that’s what I was told (or understood) other than that for any other purchase this is really worth it.

Great service at the Best Buy Store in Dickson City

Great value. Down loads to three devices from old computer which the Geek squad correctly determined was about to die. Geek squad help with new software on new devices. The extended 60 day return policy was a life saver when we finally determined that a new printer was defective after the regular 14 day return policy.

the membership has its benefits but i was disappointed that i was forced to get it to fix a defective laptop that was purchased just two weeks prior

For fifteen bucks a year you get free geek fixes, sneak peeks at sales and-here's the best part-swap stuff the same day if it sucks. It's like insurance for dummies. I love mine.
