Like the protection plans and Geek service.well worth it.

Great value. Down loads to three devices from old computer which the Geek squad correctly determined was about to die. Geek squad help with new software on new devices. The extended 60 day return policy was a life saver when we finally determined that a new printer was defective after the regular 14 day return policy.

Had major computer crash. The Best Buy Total membership saved me hundreds. Awesome deal!
