Recently bought a 17" HP laptop and after loading everything and updating... Seems to be running the way it's supposed to. Easy from start to finish.

Once someone was able to help me it went well. Staff seemed distracted.

One of the employee from geek squad recommend me getting the membership that way it’ll saved me the labor parts that they’ll order incase of they break it. Signed up, able to fix my HP Laptop and to the newest Win 11 Pro. Will come back for them to fix my old MacBook Pro!

The membership is well worth the money. I have unlimited help for the year. I received $150 in store credit.

It is worth the money because you can use it after store hours or if the store is very busy. It has helped us a lot.

This membership is a REAL value to me. Member prices are great considering the service I receive from having a Total Protection Plan. Geek Squad support is wonderful. Also, I love the peace of mind of getting REAL protection with no push back from the Customer Service Dept. on anything I've ever had to return or exchange. It's a fantastic plan that I couldn't do without !!

Its good to have protection for big purchase items. I have not had to use this item. Not sure if i should keep it. I have not seen any extra slaes on things I am interesed it. But might be handy if you shop more here and for bigger purchases that require install and need protection.

Best buy Total membership is a great way to protect our purchases and we are using and will continue using the greek squad Services. It is a valuable membership that one should have.

Hopefully it will come in handy should I need to use it. Can't really give a perspective review at this time.
