This membership is worth it to us older folks who didn’t grow up with computers! I’ve already used their services multiple times and will likely use them more! It’s easy to get an appointment and they answer all my questions. I’ve gone into the store for assistance, as well as used them by phone. Excellent service both ways!

I think it's worth it. My favorite thing about the membership at Best Buy is the ease of mind of having a warranty. I don't have to worry about whether I have one, or fumble to find the paperwork. Anytime I've needed to use it, service has been terrific. Customer Service is essential. Also the rewards are excellent and the products available are reliable in quality, unlike what's available at most retailers. Shipping is always quick and reliable too.

Very good value for a much needed upgrade to my laptop. It now operates much faster than it has in ages, in fact it’s probably quicker than when it was first purchased.

Geek Squad installation team was great. Customer service beyond them has been horrible. I keep getting routed to Panama - no one has accountability and they promise me call backs with resolutions which never happen. I am in the market for audio equipment for a second home I am purchasing and unfortunately will be forced to shop away from BB

I have recouped my membership fee in the services I have received. Setting up new products is a breeze with their service and I love have easy access to the Geek Squad. They saved my sanity when I found I had been scammed and was locked out of my computer. I purchased a new laptop and Jeff was extremely helpful in setting in up for me and then wiping my old laptop so I could give it to my grandson. I have used the phone service when I needed help with my tv. I pick Best Buy for my any new product because I know they will provide my support and service when I need it.

Love the access that Total tech provides for my family from laptop issues to diagnostic for repairs on other appliances!

Having the membership helps out so much with returns, I have had several things that were more than 30 but less than 60 days that needed to be returned and because I had the membership it was no problem!

Total is pretty good. I just wish Best Buy itself had more options sometimes. That being said I’ve gotten some good deals via their Total member pricing and the default two year coverage on every item is a nice bonus. Certainly not for everyone though, you really need to buy a lot of tech or games to get your value out of it. If you do that though it’s a nice program and of the two years I’ve had it it’s been pretty good.
