I just got my membership. Geek squad are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive never had cameras before. They helped me all the way to set it up on my phone and installation.

My Best Buy Total membership gives me peace of mind. I get great service and great advice whenever I have a question about my lap top or I-Phone. I am 79 years old and not very technologically aware. I get great advice from my Geek Squad guru's whether I make an appointment in the store or call on the phone.

The membership is a real value, mem wr prices plus unlimited geek squad support are great, also, we have peace of mind of getting protection plan on our purchases.

So I purchased Best Buy total rewards membership and Warranty. So far it’s OK but every time I had an issue, they use the manufacturer warranty first which is OK, but I had a problem with the manufacturer and total rewards did not help still have any issues with my Apple headphones. Not fixed. Highly upset.

in the past i've had products that unfortunately had some odd things happen to it. and I had no warranty protection. now I will always use the best buy membership because of all the things it covers. i hope I don't ever have to use it but its definitely piece of mind that if something happens to the Tv or one of my products I purchased from best buy then its covered! which is amazing as I only thought the membership was for THAT ONE ITEM you purchased!
