The geek squad membership has been such a blessing to myself and my whole family. I wouldn’t have known what to do when my daughter’s laptop and her hard drive crashed and it was all replaced because of this membership.

OK, why do we need this? You do! I need this membership 1x, 2x, 3x a year - when I least expect to need it for my iPhone, or my Mac(s) or the Lenovo Yoga I bought for fun. I seem to always need help on something, especially when I am recycling stuff, or want to give my old PC to my nephew and want to make sure it is Clean. Just remember to make an appointment ahead of time on the BestBuy app.

I like my new KitchenAid Dishwasher & Stove. Excellent installation service & service call. Installation crew came on time & left very clean. Products were cheaper than any competitors. I bought tv for my father also which is delivering on Tuesday February 17th. 2026.

I love my Best Buy Total membership. It’s comforting to know that when you make a purchase, that it will be covered by a warranty in the excellent warranty service that Best Buy offers.

I love the membership, the savings are huge; when I estimate everything I save compared to paying separately for each item I buy, and when I redeem a warranty, the speed is exceptional.

My member definitely came in on top when it came to help with my computer, and especially taking it to Geek Squad. My desktop pretty much wasn't starting, and i was oblivious to the issues. Geek Squad helped me figure the issues out and offered to help me fix it, I only turned away because my own funding, but i am definitely coming back to them when I have technical issues in the future. 10/10, worth the purchase.

I love the bestbuy membership. It's peace of mind that they stand behind every tech item or appliance that i buy for 2 years. I've bought smart devices like TVs, samsung Dishwashers, samsung smart fridge, damsung cooktop, ipad, laptops, etc You can't beat it!

Best decision you could make if you are a PC gamer! Since I got the membership I have already made my money’s worth. I’ve upgrade my SSD on my Lenovo legion, upgraded my graphics card and RAM on my gaming desktop etc. This thing has paid for itself twice over already. Couldn’t be more pleased

I’ve always had great service at Best Buy . I’ve had a bad experience with them but my washer I got from there. And I have still not got some one to come out and bring me a new washer or to fix the one I got. It’s been sence January 30 and still don’t have anyone to call me back.

It is a peace of mind knowing if I have a problem I can go to the Geek squad and they will be able to solve it. I stopped my membership for a few years but I realized I need it....
