Items can be safely left for lengthy or short-term maintenance and then picked up when notified item is ready. Help is also available by phone for do-it-yourselfers.

I went into the Santana Row store with my computer. I got a message on my computer that I was unauthenticated. They didn't know what that was and they couldn't help me. I'm still looking for someone who can help!

After two years of useful benefits, the Citibank group sent me an unwanted VISA card.Without my consent, the bank cancelled my "Store Card which I had had gor over 30 years.That action voided my warranties on a new computer and Brother Printer. Ir took three weeks to get our Total Membership reinstated. Best Buy needs to communicate with Citibank when customer benefits are on the line. We choose to maintain this plan.

I use the GeekSquad portion quarterly to diagnose and clean up my desktop computer. The techs are easy to work with as well as knowledgeable. I plan to work onsite through the program for my Windows 11 upgrade.
