The membership allows us to get quick answers or repairs to our computer problems. Geek Squad is wonderful.

They fixed the problem but now none of the saved logins work for any of the websites I need to access.

Now that I'm retired it is a relief to simply contact the Geek Squad, who are knowledgeable, efficient and patient, who will get me back up and running quickly. With the advanced technology that has dominated our lives, it's important to have a good tech support system in place. I built my Rizen 5 with an AMD A5 processor. It constantly needs attention with drivers and such that the guys and girls at Best Buy are able to fine-tune my system. I couldn't be happier with their work. Good job, everyone!!!!
