I subscribed for years, but I just dropped it because it no longer includes techs coming to the house to work on my computer issues. I liked that service. If you buy a lot of Apple gear, it may be worth the price now.

TotalTech pays for audio installation labor fees with items purchased in-house. Between applecare+ and geeksquad perks, Totaltech paid for itself multiple times. Worthwhile investment at the time i purchased 2 years ago. Totaltech is now simply "Total" and the terms and conditions have updated slightly it appears. I am not sure what the new service offers, in comparison.

I like this protection plan because it covers a lot of services with this plan you can get your large items or small items checked computers stoves refrigerator microwave dishwasher or phone they are there to help you and as far as phones some places charge you to check your phone even if you bought it there. I can truly say this service plan is great.

This is the best deal every. Just when i thought i would cancel, i took my computer to the Geek Squad, and the made everything right. If i didn't have this plan, i would've been out of $$$. The plane completely paid for itself with that one visit.

Membership used in setting up new computer and can use it for other products if needed.

I had 6 or more external hard drives that were 10 year plus old and a USB and decided to come to Best Buy Geek Squad to do a transfer onto my 2 TB external hard drive that was empty. If I didn’t get this membership they would charge me each item totaling up to more than $700. I got all of it done with this membership and saved a ton. Also got my Microsoft family office installed by them for free with this membership. Great value so far.
