I’m usually anti-memberships but this actually makes sense. If you buy even 1 or 2 products on average per year, the included benefits pay for the membership. Recommended if this fits your habits

This is a great value. We bought 2 new laptops to replace our old one. Had the software added to both laptops. Bought a new thumb drive. So we can update a laptop when we get to our second location. No more need to keep bringing laptop from location to location.

This member ship is has a real value and peace of mind once you buy your product Recently we bought washer Dryer and Dyson vacuum cleaner. I am enjoying the total benefits.

I would recommend this to someone who buys alot from best buy frequently but i ordered off of the 800 # and it was hard to understand the individual which told me this was good for two years not whati was told when i went to pick up my product that i bought this for had i know it was yearly i would of went with the Geek squad protection plan which i ended up doing i really love best buy it has changed over the years and it is getting harder to find people who know the products.

The professional team reviewed my computer virus that locked my computer and fixed the issue in timely manner. I totally recommend Total Membership for outstanding service with the customer.

Only been a member for a short amount of time and the benefits are amazing. I have returned and exchanged a couple big price tag items no hassle whatsoever. Best Buy membership has saved me a good bit of money with repair or replacement of devices over the years. Also how to navigate some things as well. I would highly recommend it. It’s worth the money.

Basically, you either pay $70 or more for fixing your computer that was attacked or pay the $180 for the annual Geek Squad coverage subscription. For that reason, it was worth getting and they did clean up the issue, plus backed up the computers data at no extra charge.

The staff at Best Buy are very friendly and know exactly what to do! They helped me set up my new computer, so I didn't have to go through the hassle of figuring it out myself. Which saved me a lot of time and made the whole process completely stress-free. I really appreciate their great service!

Is very good store and the quality of their products are top on the line, while you’re in the store the staff are very helpful and generous offering us a really good help or taking care of us while we’re shopping there!

I was having an issue with my phone - constant ads. I came to BestBuy and the gentleman at the service dest eliminated my issue in about 15 minutes. I was so worried about not having a working phone, because i was leaving the country in a day or so. Wonderful work done by him.

We purchased the Best Buy Total membership when my computer crashed. The customer service I have received is absolutely the best. Titus explained everything to me in terms I understood. Unfortunately, my computer was unfixable but he was able to get some information on a flash drive. I highly recommend the Geek Squad!
