I enjoyed having My Best Buy Total membership. What I did not understand is that if I cancelled the membership would make my printer quit working. I still don't get it but I've been told that I can't reinstate my membership. I cancelled because of the expense for the membership.

My laptop fell off the couch as I stood up and never powered back on again. My husband purchased this as a birthday gift for me two years ago. I was devastated because i wasnt sure if i was still under warranty and if my Total Tech would cover the repair expenses. Made a same day appointment and took my device in and i was made aware that i was covered under BOTH warranty and Total Tech!! Issue couldn’t be repaired locally so it had to be shipped out and wouldn’t be back until 2 weeks later. Received a call in LESS than two weeks that my laptop was ready for pick up. The tech guys stated that it was my battery that needed to be replaced and had died. I just thank God that i didn’t lose anything and didnt have to pay a dime outta pocket. Btw the tech guy was super nice and didnt make me feel like an idiot for not knowing what was goin on with my computer. I appreciated that the most. Thank u!

so far the my best buy total is helping out on all the questions that i have for my new computer. Everyone has been great and helpful.

I have no complaints or regrets thus far. Geek Squad assisted with repairing a laptop and evething was handled professionally.

If you have a lot of electronics this membership is perfect. Very cheap for a whole year of coverage on all your devices purchased at best buy.

Fairly pricey in this day and age, purchased with laptop to receive data transfer from damaged laptop to new one. Hoping canceling before it automatically renews after a year wont be a hassle.
