I recently purchased some items that are fairly high value and wanted to protect them. Considering most items come with some sort of manufacturers warranty you may question whats the point? I'll tell from my experience its 100% worth it. For instance you buy a TV and something goes wrong the burden to get it shipped to a certified repair center falls on you. I also figured Individual protections for things I was expecting to buy over the course of the year would add up. This protection not only covers all items purchased for two years but offers discounts for its members on certain products as an added benefit. When I've had to return items due to issue with a product returns to the store have been seamless for me. I originally thought the coverage was to pricey for me the value outweighs the cost.

Great value for the professional services rendered. Provides peace of mind as typically one usage costs in an 24 month timeframe oftentimes exceed the membership cost.

Overall, if you are a constant Best Buy shopper, it is a good buy. It gives you a warranty on purchases. And also discounts on the app.

I had to get this to fix my broken laptop, I do enjoy that products come with free insurance and sometimes there a special deals, but it is pretty expensive.

Geek Squad is great! With the addition of this plan, I know I have great coverage.

My total Best Buy membership I would absolutely 100% get. This is a great product always gives you a peace of mind if something does go wrong.

I am really glad that I have been keeping up with this membership. The value is amazing, especially since I'm using geeksquad multiple times each year. Even if I were to only use them once, I'd still be saving about $50.

Becoming a member has given me all types of promos and gifts and what not. Been very helpful getting my mschool stuff back together.

Purchased this so they would fix my laptop or download the files on the hard drive, they did neither. They told me that my computer power connections were the issue and that would require another motherboard, then they said I had a 45 digit encryption and need a the code to download the information. And while I was standing there they told the person next to me the same exact thing. I immediately cancelled my subscription.

the service I received was superb by the tech and the membership is good for a year and also covers any new purchases besides regular warranty
