Geek squad is wonderful. My phone had a terrible virus. Was corrected in a short time.

I've been a Best Buy member for four years now and it has always been worth it. I however did just learn they no longer support Samsung phones. Disappointing. Be sure to check what brands are covered before purchasing.

Total tech has been around a few years and I’m glad it hasn’t disappeared. Normally these types of subscriptions turn into movie pass and get canceled. This has paid for every warranty that I’ve ever gotten for each product I’ve bought. From mouse pads to computers to garbage disposals. It warranties them all. I’ve barely used the warranties on most of my things but the times I’ve taken advantage of one has paid for the cost of the subscription. The deals and tech support are a great subscription addition too. I have only used the deals twice and never used the tech support but I have returned things after a month of meaning to get to the store, dropped off dead apple devices and bought things on discount. Get this if you buy tech from best buy at all.

The membership is a great valu for the money. I like that every time I shop at Best Buy I earn rewards. I like the membership because I know that if I need to have something repaired they will take care of it.

This calculator is great and takes a little bit to figure it out but worth it.

Never thought I would say protection plan is worth it but when you have couple of things go bad in a short amount of time and Best Buy just replaces them there is no arguing. Saved me tons of time and money. With the number of devices I buy from Best Buy this is a great financial decision as well. It’s a whole lot cheaper than buying protection on each device. Plus you don’t have to think about it. It’s automatically added to every purchase.

BestBuy is lucky the closest location is 35 minutes away from where I live lol - I would live there!! This has been a life-saver for me personally. The additional deals and offers can bail me out during family gifting occasions, the additional tech support inclusive with my tech purchases have been a huge help, and the miracle work has been through their support amenities such as TV/Soundbar installation, and serious hardware fixes such as fixing/recovering an ancient MSI laptop to retrieve files, and fixing an 84 inch TV that received serious screen damage. These game-changing fixes were handles by employees that have experience and know how in terms of tech. The icing on the cake was the genuine customer service and warm hospitality they brought with the tech fixes (and possibly the members-only discounts off the tech support bills). Big fan of this membership.

Great value, especially if you plan on buying a few expensive things like I have. I don’t have to worry about my TV or PC parts getting damaged.

This service is extremely helpful- earlier it also included free delivery/instalation and disposal of the replaced item, along with one extra year of warranty (generally 1 year by mfg. is extended to two years. Sadly now the free delivery/installation. and free disposal has been removed and we have to pay for it. For small items it is ok- because you can do it yourself. But for big items it tacks on say $200 to the price
