this membership has been great, the perks have been wonderful and the protection plans for things are always great

We love our membership its so rewarding after we save and get our electronic devices fix

Great value, especially if you plan on buying a few expensive things like I have. I don’t have to worry about my TV or PC parts getting damaged.

This service is extremely helpful- earlier it also included free delivery/instalation and disposal of the replaced item, along with one extra year of warranty (generally 1 year by mfg. is extended to two years. Sadly now the free delivery/installation. and free disposal has been removed and we have to pay for it. For small items it is ok- because you can do it yourself. But for big items it tacks on say $200 to the price

I've been with Best Buy for several years now and it has been nothing but good for me. Every time I go in with an issue Geek Squad is very knowledgeable and helpful. When it comes to buying a product, the men and women there was customer focused opposed to just trying to sale me something. I ALWAYS walked away satisfied with the service and a product I bought. If they weren't able to fix something, they at least had someone that I could go to in order to get my issue resolved.

Computer problems have been timely corrected on line

We have used it a number of times over the pass year with good results. Mostly for the geek squad who have been great to work with and usually have been able to solve whatever problem we were having.

I haven’t had to use this yet, but just knowing if and when I need support it will be there.

The perks that come with this is incredible brought my computer in for a a cleaning and diagnosis without realizing it’s included with the plan I save so much money!
