Membership for me is a must. I have a new printer which is giving me a lot of trouble so I am always using it. Wouldn’t be without it.

The Best Buy Total membership is a great value. I've been a member for many years and my annual membership has always paid for itself and then some. The membership prices are always a good deal and the Geek Squad support, at home, or in-store, is always great.

New computer build did not work. It was fixed quickly. They are going to build my next computer with my original membership.

Worth every penny, especially if you are a frequent purchaser. You save money and safeguard your purchases, so thats a winning combo to me!!!

This plan has some value, but it requires a trip to a best buy store for any electronics or computer repairs. Also it was sold to us as extending a warranty to two years, but that is only true if you renew the Plan for a second year. Else you are billed a service fee of $99 and charged for all parts of any repair. And most computer repairs wipe out everything and reinstall the OS, and do not try to do any data recovery.

The membership value is awesome. Not to mention the geek squad. Great bunch of guys and girls. They really helped me out.you my issue and promptly took care of it. If you want Great value and great product there is nowhere else to go but Best Buy.

This is a very good membership to have. It not only covers my new purchase but I can get help setting up to my wifi, setting up my printer though I didn't purchase it through Best Buy. They will also help me with other electronics whether I've purchased through them or not. This is a great feature. When I purchased my TV 5 years ago I did purchase through Best Buy but didn't have Total. I'm not someone who knows how to set up these items or connect them to wifi and had someone else help me. I really have little desire nor patience to do these things so knowing I have assistance and that they will even come to my home to set things up is a huge relief and help to me.

can't complain. its about being covered; just like car insurance. Why not have a pieace of mind . no hassle.

This is the best investment out there. We have had to go twice already this year for computer virus and hacks from the internet. They are efficient, knowledgeable and were able to make all the repairs. The best part is everything was covered under the annual membership fee.
