This is the best investment out there. We have had to go twice already this year for computer virus and hacks from the internet. They are efficient, knowledgeable and were able to make all the repairs. The best part is everything was covered under the annual membership fee.

I think the membership is worth it's money. I used it for problems with an iPad and also got a free SiriusXM radio kit installation. When I bought my new Mac they backed up everything and transferred things over. Way easier than if I would have had to do it. Very knowledgable staff!

Great program, but it was better at $20 more expensive with services

I have had this membership for a few years now. Geek Squad has come to my rescue several times especially this past month. Bought new TV, Computer, Printer, Wireless Keyboard, and TV antenna. Had some issues with the setup of the printer and they really bailed me out. I highly recommend them

I am shocked more folks don't sign up for the membership. You get your money's worth and then some if you purchase a MacBook Pro alone. As an Apple fan, I now buy ALL of my products from BB because of this membership. And since BB will price match all legit sellers, you pay the same and you get DOUBLE the warrantee typically to 2 full years. And that is why I let my membership auto renew. Though I have not had to make any claim on any of my purchases, it is good to know that I have the ability to drive 10 minutes to my local store and get my tech fixed/replaced should something happen to them. t And oh yeah, the longer price protection also comes in handy for when you want to beat the mad rush during the holiday season and pick up and item that might drop in price. A quick phone call or chat to customer service will refund you the difference. So buy early and enjoy.
